HUNTINGTON BEACH : Carnival to Launch Library Program

The main Central Library at Talbert Avenue, near Golden West Street, launches its summer reading program for children on June 21 with an outdoor “Summer Carnival” from noon to 4 p.m.
The carnival will be held in Central Park, next to the library parking lot. Event and game tickets vary in cost, with most tickets from 25 to 50 cents.
The carnival theme is “Discover Oceans of Adventure: Dive Into Books.” Activities will include a fishing booth, duck raffle and book walk.
