Perot Systems Corp. Reportedly in Talks With Canadian Firm: The computer company, majority-owned by the family of Texas billionaire Ross Perot, is discussing a merger with SHL Systemhouse Inc., the Ottawa-based computer services firm, the Dallas Morning News said. A Perot Systems spokesman declined to comment.
