Irvine’s Westcorp Appoints New Board Director

Judith Bardwick has been appointed to the board of directors of Westcorp, an Irvine financial services holding company. She succeeds Gen. Douglas J. Peacher, who retired after 10 years on the board. Bardwick is president and founder of Bardwick & Associates, a management consulting firm.
