Free Staged Readings Set in Santa Monica

“Modern Muses,” a day of free staged readings of new plays by Los Angeles writers, will be presented by Present Company in association with Cornerstone Theatre Company at the Powerhouse Theatre in Santa Monica on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The event will feature plays by Denise Uyehara, Edit Villarreal and Ismael Kanater, among others. Reservations are not required.
