Daniel F. McNamara has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of Mitsubishi Motors’ Value Rent-A-Car subsidiary in Boca Raton, Fla. McNamara has been with Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America Inc., based in Cypress, since 1982. He joined the company as vice president of corporate parts and was senior vice president of corporate administration before his promotion. Before joining Mitsubishi, McNamara was manager of national parts marketing with Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. and held positions with both Chrysler Corp. and Ford Motor Co.
