“Airline Menus Are Lightening Up” by Kathleen Doheny (April 24) omitted any mention of international flights.
I have made several trips to Great Britain over the last several years. On every occasion the American food placed on board at LAX has been unappetizing and unpalatable. The much maligned English food placed on board at Gatwick was absolutely delicious. On each occasion fellow travelers remarked on the difference.
