BP To Sell California Service Stations to Tosco: BP Oil Co., a subsidiary of London-based British Petroleum Co., said it would sell 128 service stations, four non-operating stations, five vacant properties and a distribution terminal to Tosco Corp., a Connecticut-based refiner, for $82 million. Tosco will retain the BP logo on the stations, which are mostly in Northern California.
