* Dorothy Collins Weaver, Arthur J. Hill and Kenneth T. Rosen have been elected to the board of directors of Coldwell Banker Corp. in Mission Viejo. They are the first outside members elected since Coldwell was sold last year to the Fremont Group.
Weaver is president of Intercap Investments Inc. and vice president of Respect Home Builders Inc. in Miami. Hill is president of Arthur Hill & Co., a real estate investment company in Chicago. Rosen is professor of business administration and chairman of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at UC Berkeley.
