Home video: The video version of Walt Disney Co.’s animated “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” will be out Oct. 28, with a suggested retail price of $26.99. That’s $2 more than “Aladdin” and “Beauty and the Beast,” but Ann Daly, president of Disney’s Buena Vista Home Video, said “Snow White” purchasers can get $15 in refunds and coupons. Most stores ended up selling “Aladdin” and “Beauty and the Beast” for less than $24.99. Daly would not say how many copies of “Snow White” Disney expects to sell. Referring to the 24 million “Aladdin” copies sold domestically and the 22 million copies of “Beauty and the Beast, she said, “We’d be happy with any number that has a two in front of it.” Disney also said it will sell Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas” (suggested price: $19.99) starting Sept. 30.
