98 Haitians to Be Returned

MIAMI — The U.S. Coast Guard said Monday that it would repatriate 98 Haitian boat people who had been rescued Thursday off the coast of Haiti. They will be returned to Port-au-Prince and handed over to the Haitian Red Cross, the Coast Guard said.
