Judge Orders Trustee for Cannon: U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Lisa Hill Fenning in Los Angeles ordered an interim trustee to operate independent distributor Cannon Pictures. Last week, a group of creditors filed an involuntary bankruptcy petition to liquidate Cannon, claiming they are owed more than $6 million. In addition, French bank Credit Lyonnais, which is not part of that creditors group, says it is owed about $20 million.
