PASADENA : Fund-Raisers to Benefit Leukemia-Stricken Boy

A Pasadena child care center, Step by Step, is raising funds to help one of its children, a boy stricken with leukemia, and his family cover medical bills.
Today, the school is holding a trike-a-thon, raffle and bake sale to help out the family of 4-year-old Philip Miller because the family’s medical insurance covers only 60% of the costs associated with the boy’s treatment.
