Restaurant on Rye to Go: Two retail real estate brokers for Lee & Associates in Irvine have begun a one-page restaurant newsletter, printing news about available properties, restaurant openings and advice.
The “Restaurant Real Estate Fax” is distributed to fax machines, and editor John Hall said he is hoping the newsletter will prompt restaurateurs to communicate back.
“We wanted to be in the know, and to make a few bucks from being in the know,” Hall said. His partner is John Moss. They can be reached at (714) 727-1200.
