* Elected Santa Ana Unified School District Trustee Tom Chaffee (“Trustee Disputes Board’s Lawyer,” Letters, April 10) chastises the school district’s lawyer for not getting “prior approval from the Board of Education” to debate a public issue in the newspaper.
Chaffee boasts that he represents the people, but does he abide by the same Constitution?
