Survey of Artists Seeking Health Plan

As part of its plan to establish a statewide group health plan for artists, the Artist’s Alliance of California is asking that all artists statewide complete a survey to help implement such a plan.
The Santa Monica-based organization believes that the more completed surveys it receives, the stronger its bargaining position will be to obtain a low-cost health plan.
Participants do not need to be members of the Alliance to participate.
