ANAHEIM : State Designates Recycling Zone

The state Integrated Waste Management Board recently designated Anaheim Canyon Business Center as a recycling market development zone.
The designation entitles businesses within the 2,400-acre area to low-interest loans and other state assistance. The businesses manufacture products from recycled materials such as glass, plastic and paper.
The business center contains the largest material-recovery facility by volume in the Western United States.
