Borowski Leaves Anaheim for Walnut

ANAHEIM — Anaheim football Coach Todd Borowski has resigned to coach at Walnut High, Borowski said Tuesday.
Borowski led the Colonists to the Southern Section Division VI quarterfinals in the last two seasons. Anaheim was 15-9 under Borowski.
In his first season in 1992, Borowski led the Colonists to a 9-3 record and a share of the Orange League championship.
Although the Colonists reached the playoffs again in 1993, new facilities at Walnut and an opportunity to coach with former Cal State Fullerton classmate Ron Sparicino helped persuade him to move.
