Eltron Reports Printer Order for $2.6 Million

Eltron International Inc., a Chatsworth maker of bar-code label printers, software and accessories, said it has received a $2.6-million printer order from United Parcel Service.
Eltron said the printers would be delivered throughout 1994. The printers are used to improve inventory control, reduce shipping errors and delivery time, and cut costs by automating billing and tracking functions, it said.
