From Times Staff and Wire Reports
About 500 nonviolent foreign nationals will be released early from state prisons and deported under a plan aimed at freeing up crowded prisons. The first-of-a-kind agreement was announced by Gov. More than 4,100 foreign nationals are among Florida’s 54,000 prisoners.
