Ventura City Council members and officials of the Greater Ventura Chamber of Commerce will meet in a special study session Monday evening to discuss the city’s economic vitality.
“I guess it’s just like a giant get-together,” Councilman Jack Tingstrom said.
Councilman Greg Carson said the two groups will address such topics as economic development and various city projects. “It’s an opportunity for them to meet with us and ask us questions,” he said.
The city and chamber officials will meet in the community meeting room at City Hall from 5 to 6:30 p.m. For more information, call the city clerk at 658-4787.
