850,000 Rwandans Facing Starvation

NAIROBI, Kenya — More than 850,000 people in Rwanda--about one of every eight people in the country--urgently need food to prevent starvation because of drought, a new report says.
The report, prepared by aid agencies, including Oxfam, said the 854,873 needy were scattered in seven regions in the tiny central African nation.
