Movies: IRS Media has signed former Mr. World Joe Bucci to a three-picture deal. The bodybuilder makes his movie debut in “Second to None,” which begins production in September. The other projects have not been announced, but IRS hopes Bucci can muscle in on the lucrative action market through the broad exposure. Bucci is a protege of another former Mr. World, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and has acted on television. IRS says it hopes to redefine the action genre by shooting “Second to None” in a “young, hip, MTV video style.” . . . In other news, Viacom International’s Nickelodeon has announced formation of Nickelodeon Entertainment Products, which will market home videotapes and audio recordings.
