TOURISTS BEWARE: Dozens of people with tickets from their congressman were bumped from a White House tour line to make room for Friends of Bill attending the 25th reunion of President Clinton’s Georgetown University class. . . . And lawmakers are fuming at a new White House ticket policy requiring a “diversity” of tourists each day: “Some young people, some senior citizens, some families, some civic groups,” etc. Result: Some get no tickets.
