Syncor Sells Remaining Home-Infusion Sites

Syncor International Corp., a Chatsworth-based operator of specialty pharmaceutical centers, said it completed the sale of its eight remaining home-infusion sites to National Medical Care’s Home Care Division Inc.
Syncor said in February that it would sell the home-infusion sites, which provide personnel and medicine to care for patients at home, in order to concentrate on its core business. The home-infusion sites previously contributed about 6% of Syncor’s annual revenue.
The sale price was not disclosed.
