Political Comedy: Production is under way for “Politically Incorrect,” a new weekly series set to join cable’s Comedy Central on July 25. Hosted by comedian Bill Maher, the show is described as a “funny version of ‘The McLaughlin Report’ ” and will feature expert guests debating liberal and conservative ideas of the day.
