2 in Prison Break Caught

RIO DE JANEIRO — Police announced the capture Wednesday of two of the nine convicts who fled from a prison in Porto Alegre after soaking 16 hostages in alcohol and threatening to set them ablaze unless police provided getaway cars. All of the hostages were released unharmed.
