A 37-year-old Yorba Linda woman died Sunday night after her car collided with a traffic signal pole, police said.
Debby Irene Vela, who was pronounced dead at the scene, suffered major head injuries in the 10:36 p.m. collision, police Lt. Ken Rowley said. She had been driving alone in her 1985 Toyota eastbound on Yorba Linda Avenue at the Linda Vista Street intersection.
