Joseph J. Kroger will resign at year-end as vice chairman and a director of Unisys Corp., Blue Bell, Pa. Unisys said the position of vice chairman will not be filled upon Kroger’s departure. Kroger was elected vice chairman at the formation of Unisys, which took place after Burroughs Corp. acquired Sperry Corp., where Kroger was president.
