. . . During Rona Barrett’s idolatrous cable interview with Bob Hope, a viewer-caller wondered who the comedian’s favorite President was. Hope named just about all of them, including Truman, “who stepped into a (tough) spot right after L.B.J. left.”

. . . Life magazine, with a year-end “Hunks” and “Honeys” pictorial spread, put Brig Nielsen in the “Hunks” section with the guys!
