Local News in Brief : 2 Officials Reappointed

The Lomita City Council has voted unanimously to reappoint Traffic Commissioner Rick Luther and Railroad Museum Board member Hilton Beiro to four-year terms.
The council agreed, however, not to reappoint Parks Commissioner Sharon Glancy and Railroad Museum Board member Fred Frederking, who said they wanted to step down.
Applications for the vacancies are being accepted. Those interested can call City Hall, (213) 325-7110.
