Law Firm Leases in Costa Mesa Tower

The Orange County-based law firm Drummy, Garrett, King & Harrison has signed a 10-year lease valued at more than $8 million for 40,000 square feet in the Great Western Savings Tower, 3200 Park Center Drive, Costa Mesa.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the law firm. Frost Trinen Partners represented the owner, Two Town Center Associates, Costa Mesa.
