Has Hollywood gone “Nuts” lately?
It seems like it’s going “Overboard” with one-name movie titles like “Raw,” “Walker” and “September” this November and December.
Even one-name stars like Cher in “Moonstruck” and the abbreviated billing of “Nicholson” and “Streep” in “Ironweed” (which, incidentally, isn’t a sequel to “Weeds”) is “Suspect.”
And foreign films and re-releases don’t seem to be taking a “Siesta” from this trend either, for I see no “Repentance” at the “Checkpoint” from the likes of “Gaby,” “Anna” and “Cinderella.”
It’s enough to make a “Barfly” take up “Housekeeping.”
