Jack Sholl has been named to the new position of vice president of public relations for ICN Pharmaceuticals, a Costa Mesa-based health care company. Sholl joined ICN from Warner-Lambert Co., Morris Plains, N.J., where he was director of financial and media communications. He has served on the public relations staff of the New York Stock Exchange, worked as supervising business and financial editor of the Associated Press in New York and was manager of communications for Equimark Corp. in Pittsburgh.
