Rain Washes Out Soccer Tiebreaker

The soccer match scheduled for today between Reseda and Taft highs to determine the second-place representative from the City Section’s Valley League was postponed because of rain, a City spokesman said.
The game was rescheduled for Jan. 5 at Birmingham High.
The winner will play Palisades, the Western League’s first-place team, in the opening round of the playoffs, which begin Jan. 7
