Pasadena : College Panel Elects Chief

The Pasadena City College Board of Trustees has elected Jeanette Mann as president. She will succeed Susanna Miele, who was the first woman to head the PCC board when she was elected last year. Mann, who is affirmative action officer at California State University, Northridge, was reelected to her second term on the PCC board last month.
