J. David Hann has been named president and chief executive of Quotron Systems Inc., a Los Angeles-based subsidiary of Citicorp. Hann remains a director of Quotron and division executive of Citicorp’s Information Business. Milton E. Mohr will continue as chairman of Quotron. Hann, who joined Information Business recently, previously was executive vice president at US Sprint Communications Co.

George H. Levine, vice president-marketing, has been promoted to executive vice president-customer relations and strategic marketing. David L. Boyle, a Citicorp division executive in Information Business, has been named senior vice president-sales and marketing. George F. Kabouchy, vice president-systems, operations and programs, also was promoted to senior vice president.
