Bilingual Guide to L.A. Artists Groups Available

A new bilingual publication, “Guide to Los Angeles Artists Organizations,” contains a listing of 16 nonprofit visual, literary, media and performance art groups dedicated to providing a forum for experimentation and to encouraging artists’ involvement in policy making.

The guide, coordinated by a coalition called the Los Angeles Artists Organizations, is being distributed free at cultural centers and art spaces.

Groups mentioned in the publication include Angels Gate Cultural Center, the Woman’s Building, Film Forum, Interarts Inc. and Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions.
