John D. MacFarlane has been named executive vice president of NetAir International Corp. MacFarlane, formerly attorney general for Colorado, will be in charge of the company’s expansion of its hydraulic aircraft operation in Pomona. NetAir, with headquarters in Van Nuys, also operates a nationwide jet charter system.
