Law Office Signs Lease with Shuwa

The law firm of Kindel & Anderson has signed a lease valued at more than $60 million to occupy about 100,000 square feet of office space in Shuwa Investments Corp.’s Arco Plaza.
Kindel & Anderson, which also serves as Shuwa’s general counsel, has been a tenant in the building since it opened in 1971. The new lease will nearly double the size of its existing space and lasts for more than 20 years.
