Fujitsu Signs Lease for Warehouse Space

Fujitsu Systems of America Inc. has signed a six-year lease valued at $3.7 million for 116,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space in Trammell Crow Co.’s Rancho Pacifica project in Rancho Dominguez.
The American subsidiary of Japan’s largest computer maker will move about 50 employees into the 70-acre site at the northwest corner of Alameda Street and Del Amo Boulevard.
