A day-care center in San Francisco’s Presidio, where as many as 60 children allegedly were molested, has passed an inspection by Army officials and is set to reopen Monday. The center was closed Nov. 25 after a Pentagon inspection team’s report of health and fire hazards and other problems. “All of the major deficiencies have been corrected,” said Maj. Gen. William H. Gourley of U.S. Forces Command at Ft. McPherson, Ga., after meeting with parents.
