A. Michael Victory, 53, has been named chairman and chief executive of Cardis Corp., a distributor of automotive parts, supplies and accessories. Victory, who previously was vice chairman, succeeded Jack I. Salzberg, who resigned for personal reasons. James E. Lane, president and chief operating officer, has been elected a director.
