Local News in Brief : Hollywood Blvd.’s Future

The Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency and a citizens’ advisory committee have scheduled a public meeting Saturday to discuss the future of Hollywood Boulevard.
Agency officials will provide a detailed explanation of proposed redevelopment guidelines--governing construction, rehabilitation of buildings, traffic, parking--for an area bounded by Yucca Street to the north, La Brea Avenue to the west, south to Selma Avenue and east to Gower Street.
The meeting will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Hollywood, 5619 DeLongpre Ave.
