Ebert Scores 3 Goals and Lazers Get 9-5 Win

The Los Angeles Lazers took command with four goals in the second period and defeated the Cleveland Force, 9-5, Wednesday night at the Forum for their fifth victory in six games.
Don Ebert scored three goals for the Lazers, whose nine goals are the most in one game for Los Angeles since Nov. 23, 1985.
The Lazers had a 1-15 record against Cleveland, including nine straight losses, coming into the game, and had never beaten the Force at the Forum.
