Disaster Test Mishap Sends 19 Students to Hospital

DOTHAN, Ala. — A disaster exercise using high school students as mock victims turned into a real emergency Wednesday when a shift in wind filled a bus with smoke and all 19 teen-agers had to be taken to a hospital, officials said. No one was seriously hurt.
