Sen. Burdick Recovers

FARGO, N.D. — Sen. Quentin N. Burdick (D-N.D.), who fell on a patch of ice Monday and hit the back of his head, will be discharged today from St. Luke’s Hospitals, officials said Wednesday. Burdick, 79, is expected to fly to Washington after he is released.
