Pit Bull Mauls Man

EAST LOS ANGELES — Eddie Robles was listed in satisfactory condition at East Los Angeles Doctors Hospital after being bitten in the head and back by a pit bullterrier. Passers-by came to Robles’ aid, chasing the animal away and calling the 911 emergency line for help. Deputies searched the area but were unable to find the dog.
