Monrovia : Official Song Adopted

The City Council has voted to name “Monrovia--So Proud” the city’s official song.
The council adopted the song at the prompting of the Chamber of Commerce. The song, extolling the virtues of this city of 32,000, was written by Rick Whelan and Mike Mitacek, both Pasadena residents.
