Real estate activity in Southern California declined in November, TRW Real Estate Market Information reported. Buying and selling was down 16.8% from October in the region embracing Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino counties, the group said in its monthly report. It said there were a total of 52,624 property transactions (trust deeds) recorded, representing $8.2 billion in lending activity.
