And speaking of the Chairman of the Board, a hitch has developed in his much-publicized upcoming national tour with Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. The trio promised last week that no ticket for their 1988 tour would exceed $40, but the pledge apparently won’t hold true in Chicago. A spokesman in the Chicago Theatre ticket office said prices for the performances there March 18-20 range from $25 for balcony seating to $50, $75 and $100 for seating on lower levels. Scott Morrow, a Los Angeles publicist for the tour, said prices for the Chicago stop are uniquely set because they are offered within a subscription entertainment package offered by the Chicago Theatre.
